ANZ introduces 1% interest rate home loans for energy efficiency upgrade

ANZ Bank have introduced a Good Energy Home Loan top up to help existing (or new who transfer their mortgage) customers upgrade your home for better energy efficiency.

How it works
If you have a home loan with ANZ, you can apply for our new ANZ Good Energy Home Loan top up to a maximum value of $80,000 to purchase any of the ANZ Good Energy Upgrades for your home below, at a fixed interest rate for 3 years of 1% per annum.

Renewable energy upgrades

* Solar panels

* Solar batteries – lithium-ion or lead acid

* Solar inverters

Also included are energy efficiency upgrades, clean transport upgrades and sustainable water upgrades.

For solar; quotes must be provided by a company that’s a member of the Sustainable Electricity Association of New Zealand (SEANZ).  That’s us!
