Top-Up Your Home Mortgage

The simplest and most cost –effective solution if you have a home loan is to top up your home loan, as the interest rates are generally lower and your credit risk has already been assessed. 

We suggest speaking with your mortgage broker and asking them to also reduce the time ofthe loan say between 5-7years or less. We recommend that this should be your first option to look at.
